Our Company
Andrew Schweitzer, founder of A P Schweitzer Tax Service, was a recent
graduate of Ball State University when he landed his first accounting position
at a local firm in Northern Kentucky. He quickly realized a unique opportunity
to provide superior quality tax and accounting services at a discount rate.
While other corporate giant tax preparation services and many local CPAs
were steadily increasing prices, Andrew turned to the retail model of familiar
discount stores and applied those ideas to his own business. A P Schweitzer
Tax Service would be the first national discount tax service without sacrificing
the quality of its products or services.
A P Schweitzer Tax Service first began business in 2004 when Andrew
prepared tax returns for friends and family members out of his home in Fort
Thomas, Kentucky. Andrew believed that if he combined unparalleled
