Our Payroll Services are full service solutions that allow the client to maintain a
desired level of control over the payroll process. Currently, we process payroll for
businesses with 1 - 99 employees. We also process checks and required filings
for your 1099 contractors. And we can always customize a service that works best

Basic Payroll
Basic Payroll is perfect for smaller businesses and owners who want to maintain the
most control over the payroll process. With Basic Payroll you can pay your
employees weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. We will cut professional
laser checks with stubs from your payroll account and deliver them via signature required
first class mail to you. Basic Payroll includes all Federal, State, and Local compliance and
other mandated withholdings such as child support or garnishments. We will prepare all
weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll filings and deposits including end of year
1099s and W2s. We then forward the filings to you for signature and payment.
*Actual tax deposits and forms forwarded for signature and/or payment are clients responsibility to
submit to the appropriate agency. A P Schweitzer Tax Service is not responsible for lost, stolen or
misdirected mail.
Premium Payroll
Premium Payroll was designed for those businesses that don't want to bother with any of
the administration of the payroll process. All you need to do is phone, fax or email your
employees' earnings and we do the rest. Premium Payroll includes everything offered with
Basic Payroll along with our guaranteed never late, hassle free forms and deposits
processing. We will prepare and file all required forms and deposits for you. We will enroll
you in the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) and any available or required
state and local electronic filing and payment systems and initiate all deposits as required.
With our guaranteed never late service we guarantee that we will execute and submit
required forms and deposits for you before the due date. Never worry about late fees
or penalties and interest again. If you are assessed any penalties or interest because a
form that we executed on your behalf was received late, we will pay them immediately.
*Payments and deposits are made from funds from your payroll account. You are responsible for
maintaining a sufficient balance to cover all payroll and tax deposits. A P Schweitzer Tax Service is not
responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail. We are not responsible for payments or deposits that are
incorrectly posted to your accounts.
Direct Deposit
All of our payroll services are eligible for direct deposit processing. It's the safest and
most convenient way for your employees to receive their pay. With direct deposit, your
net payroll is automatically debited from your payroll account and deposited into your
participating employees checking or savings accounts. Participating employees will
receive only a pay stub showing their earnings and deductions.
*Employees electing to participate in DD must have a checking or savings account with a valid
routing and account number. A P Schweitzer is not responsible for employee earnings that are
incorrectly posted to their account. Certain fees apply.

annual forms and deposits as required such as sales tax and estimated income taxes; then
forward them to you for signature and payment.
